Reflections on Davis' Article from the Guardian

I was interested to read about the power of the software developer in Davis' article . I had not previously considered the fact that because companies are affiliated with the National Curriculum online they have a say in what gets taught in our schools. Furthermore, i agree that the lack of ICT skills and confidence among teachers is exacerbating the problem because teachers do not modify or individualise the information presented in, or format of, software packages.
